BERLIN and GORHAM — With colder weather ahead, it’s time to start thinking about staying healthy this winter. The flu vaccine is now available at Coos County Family Health Services.

Health professionals recommend that people receive the flu vaccine as soon as it becomes available in order to be protected during the fall and winter months, when the flu spreads most readily.
