Captain Bond's Widow Receives American Flag

BOND REMEMBRANCECommand Sgt. Major Christopher St. Cyr of the N.H. National Guard presented widow Marie Bond of Jefferson with an American flag at Charlie Bond’s memorial service on Nov. 11 in Jefferson Town Hall. Bond, a Republican who served for three terms as District 1 state senator, was commissioned in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant in 1954 when he graduated from Harvard College and attained the rank of Captain before completing his military service.
