Brown School youngsters need bus passes for first day

In order for the first day of school to go as smoothly as possible, it is important for parents of kindergartners through second grade to obtain a bus pass for their child to be able to ride the bus safely on the first day of school.
The Brown School office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for parents to obtain a bus pass. Bus passes are free if you live one mile or more from school, and they can also be purchased for $50 if you live under a mile from school. This is especially important for families who have moved over the summer or for students who have never ridden the bus before.
The first day of school can be a stressful day, for students and parents, so please make sure your child gets a bus pass in advance to ensure that students are placed on the correct bus home.
If you have any questions, contact the Brown School office at (603) 752-1471.
