Berlin District Court May 7,14,15
Berlin District Court was in session on May 7 and the following cases were heard.
Jacquelyn Campbell, 26, Berlin, was found guilty of non-registration and fined $124. Complaints of operating without a valid license and misuse of plates were nol prossed.
A complaint of obstructing government administration against Zachary H. Wedge, 18, Berlin, was placed on file without a finding on one year of good behavior. A complaint of simple assault was nol prossed.
Berlin District Court was in session on May 14 and the following cases were heard
A complaint of unlawful possession of alcohol against Jonathan Day, 18, Hope, R.I. was placed on file without a finding on six months of good behavior. He must also perform 40 hours of community service.
Samuel P. Young, 48, Kingston, Conn., was found guilty of operating after suspension and fined $310.
A complaint of driving after revocation or suspension against Caydon Sieverding, 26, Plattsburg, N.Y., was placed on file without a finding on six months of good behavior.
Monica Gleason, 32, Berlin, was found guilty of alcohol ignition interlock circumvention and fined $620.
Jackson Penney, 20, Gorham, was found guilty of unlawful possession of alcohol and intoxication and fined $372.
A complaint of driving after revocation or suspension against Tina Roy, 42, Berlin, was placed on file without a finding on condition of one year of good behavior.
A complaint of criminal trespass, violating a court order not to enter Walmart property, against Meghan Kramer, 42, Berlin, was placed on file without a finding on one year of good behavior.
Sarah J. Lettre, 37, Gorham, was found guilty of DWI and fined $620. She was referred to the Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP) and her license was revoked for nine months. A complaint of unlawful driving to the left of the center line was nol prossed.
Dan Plaziak, 18, Cranston, R.I., was found guilty of unlawful possession of alcohol and fined $372.
Taylor Pilderian, 17, Cranston, R.I. was found guilty of unlawful possession of alcohol and fined $372.
Joanne G. Merritt, 62, Sebago, Me., was found guilty of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug (marijuana) and fined $434.
Stephanie Greenlay, 20, Berlin, was found guilty of willful concealment and fined $310. She may not enter Gorham Walmart property.
Dawn D. Adams, 48, Casco, Me., was found guilty of possession of controlled/narcotic drug (marijuana) and fined $434.
Berlin District Court was in session on May 15 and the following cases were heard.
Chad Blais, 49, Berlin, was found guilty of default or breach of bail conditions and sentenced to 12 months in the House of Corrections. He was given 11 days credit for pretrial confinement on this charge. He received a concurrent 12 month sentence in the House of Corrections on a charge of receiving stolen property. He was given 10 days credit for pretrial confinement on this charge. Three months on each of these sentences may be deferred upon entry and completion of a 28 day substance abuse program.
Blais was also found guilty of willful concealment, for taking an 18-pack of beer from Bob's Variety. He was sentenced to the House of Corrections for six months, suspended on two years of good behavior. He was given credit for three days of pretrial confinement on this charge. He was fined $242.
Blais was also found guilty of theft from store, for taking an 18-pack of beer from Big Apple. He was sentenced to six months in the House of Corrections, suspended. He was given credit for 20 days of pretrial confinement on this charge. He was ordered to pay $15 restitution.
The following complaints against Blais were placed on file without a finding on two years of good behavior: criminal threatening (intimidation), contempt of court, default or breach of bail conditions, and simple assault.
Daniel Dion, 40, Gorham, was found guilty of speed and fined $310. A complaint of reckless operation was nol prossed.
Benjamin Leighton, 24, Milan, was found guilty of prohibited sales of alcoholic beverage and fined $620.

Paula Langkau, 44, Berlin, was found guilty of DWI and fined $620. She was referred to the Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP) and her license was revoked for nine months. John E. Cox, 47, Bryant Pond, Me., was found guilty of DWI and fined $620. He was referred to the IDCMP and his license was revoked for nine months.
Timothy L. Adjutant, 21, Berlin, was found guilty of hindering apprehension or prosecution. He was sentenced to six months in the House of Corrections, concurrent to all other sentences he is currently serving time for. A complaint of contempt was nol prossed.
Matthew Letendre, 27, Berlin, was found guilty of DWI and fined $620. He was referred to the IDCMP and his license was revoked for nine months. A second DWI complaint and a complaint of unlawful driving to the left of the center line were nol prossed.
Ashley Andy, 24, Berlin, was found guilty of DWI and fined $620. She was referred to the Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP) and her license was revoked for nine months. A second complaint of DWI was nol prossed.

2:22 p.m. Lindsay Tremblay, 33, Gorham, was arrested for operating after suspension and disobeying a police officer. She was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of June 4.
10:39 p.m. A Second Street resident reported a male came out of the woods, was arguing with someone and hit the resident's car with his hand as he went by.

10:50 a.m. A Second Street resident reported a tire slashed.
6:22 p.m. Police received a report of prescription medication stolen from a room at the Royalty Inn.
6:53 p.m. Police received a report that a woman had gone to a side door of the church, gone in and then came out. They said they believe it's the same person as yesterday.
7:32 p.m. Police received a report of a loud refrigerator truck running on Main Street.

3:29 p.m. Police and fire responded to a report of small patch of mulch along the road being on fire.
3:10 p.m. Police responded to Walmart for a report of someone in the store that is not allowed to be.
7:52 p.m. Police responded to the Gorham/Randolph town line for a report of a moose that ran out into a car.
Friday, May 3
8:33 a.m. Police responded to an accident in front of Irving. A vehicle turning right out of Irvings was hit by a vehicle trying to pass it, which hit the driver's rear door.
4:25 p.m. Police responded to a domestic on North Main Street that involved three people in a romantic situation.
10:18 p.m. Jay Wennermer, 56, Plymouth, Mass., was given a traffic citation for speed.
Sunday, May 5
10:16 a.m. Victoria Stewart, 23, Hudson, was given a traffic citation for speed.
6:41 p.m. Police responded to an OHRV accident on the old rail trail across from the mill. An OHRV had ended up in the river. There were no injuries and the vehicle was removed.

7:46 a.m. Police received a report from a Jimtown Road resident that a tractor trailer unit had started running early in the morning.
12:44 p.m. A North Main Street resident reported that her husband's girlfriend had called and threatened to beat her (the wife) up.
1:17 p.m. Police received a report from a business of a bad check from an individual.

6:28 p.m. Jon T. Robichaud, 40, Conn., Caleb Bois, 26, Me., and Adam Roubenek, Minn., were all given traffic citations for unregistered OHRVs.

3:34 p.m. Eleanor McLaughlin, 77, Randolph, was given a traffic citation for yellow line violation.
Thursday, May 9
10:54 a.m. Police received a report from Irvings of a gas drive-off of $123.35. The vehicle was described as a box truck and it headed north.
12:16 p.m. A North Main Street resident reported a call from someone who said they were issuing new Medicare cards. They had her first three numbers and asked her to confirm the other numbers, which she did. Police believe it's a scam.
4:30 p.m. Shawn Santone, 27, Gorham, turned himself in on three warrants. He was released on $600 cash bail and given a court date of June 4.
4:55 p.m. A Broadway Street resident reported a squatter with a dog might be living in the house behind his.

12:17 p.m. A Park Street resident reported someone had come up to him and told him they were following him and taking pictures of his daily life.
2:44 p.m. Police responded to Pine Street for an accident. A student driver was backing out of a driveway and struck another vehicle.
7:09 p.m. Police responded to a vehicle versus moose accident on Gorham Hill Road. The moose had to be shot, there were no injuries to people.

9:45 a.m. A male on Brookside Drive reported being harassed by a female. He was advised to get a restraining order.
7:08 p.m. Police responded to a vehicle versus moose accident on Route 16. The driver received glass injuries to his face.
7:12 p.m. Berlin police asked Gorham to standby for suspicious 911 hangup calls from Williams Street in Berlin.
7:57 p.m. Berlin police asked Gorham to respond for a possible home invasion on Burgess Street. That turned out not to be the case and Gorham was told to disregard.
11:30 p.m. A store clerk at Circle K reported a woman came into the store with facial injuries and said her boyfriend had hit her. Police were unable to locate.
Sunday, May 12
1:46 p.m. A Church Street resident reported someone at that residence was destroying property, including a TV and laptop. They requested a restraining order.
4:33 p.m. Police received a report of a lock broken on a storage facility at the baseball field at the Common. Nothing appeared to be taken.
7:34 p.m. Police assisted Berlin police with a domestic on Williams Street.
11:52 p.m. Police assisted Berlin police with a domestic on Diana Street.

11:31 a.m. Paul Gallant, 66, Berlin, was given a traffic citation for speed.
1:44 p.m. John Tilton, 55, Stark, was given a traffic citation for speed.
2:43 p.m. Police responded to an accident on Union Street. A vehicle backing out of a driveway hit the side of a vehicle driving by.
3:41 p.m. An Evans Street resident received a letter from someone saying they had viewed what he had been doing.
7:52 p.m. A person reported someone in a red car had just thrown something at his vehicle.
Tuesday, May 14
1:09 p.m. Police received a report of a woman walking her dog in the Shaw's parking lot. She was advised to leave as it was private property.
3:02 p.m. A Brookside Road resident reported he was getting harassing text messages from a female.
4:14 p.m. A woman reported she had forgot her purse in a cart at Walmart. The purse was recovered. The only thing missing was $100 in cash.
6:55 p.m. Brian Calloway, 26, Barnstead, was given a traffic citation for speed.
Wednesday, May 15
11:43 a.m. Police received a report from a Jimtown Road resident of someone in a silver pickup deliberately hitting and killing her dog. She said she was walking the dog when she heard a vehicle coming up on them. She saw the driver deliberately swerve toward the dog and hit it. She took the dog to the vet, but it could not be saved.
2:26 p.m. A Park Street resident reported fraudulent charges on a credit card.

6:45 p.m. Robin Buckley, 26, Berlin, was arrested on two electronic bench warrants. She was released on $410 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of June 6 for the one out of Plymouth and $385 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of June 18 for the one out of Concord.
8:33 p.m. Bob's Variety reported a theft of electronic cigarettes.

11:05 a.m. The Community Service Center again reported feces on their door and the building.
1:08 p.m. Jeffrey Perry, 26, Berlin, was arrested for violation of a restraining order. He was released on $4,000 cash bail and given a court date of June 14.
2:00 p.m. Mario Molina, 16, Berlin, was given a traffic citation for disobeying an officer.
5:30 p.m. Annastacia Smith, 26, Berlin, was given a summons for littering.
7:02 p.m. Carrie Harriman, 34, Berlin, was given a summons for conduct after an accident. She was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of June 25.
7:47 p.m. Police received a report of a student's books thrown in the river. They were recovered and the matter is now between the juveniles involved and the school.
