1st Circuit Court – District Division Berlin – Wednesday, October 26, 2016


In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Wednesday, October 26, the following cases were heard:
Derek Lefebvre, 23, 100 High St., Berlin, was found guilty of violating the terms of his probation and ordered to serve 10 months in the Coos County House of Corrections.
Millisa Hamilton-Woods, 34, PO Box 203, Berlin, was found guilty on two counts of violating the terms of her probation and was sentenced to two 90-day terms in the Grafton County House of Corrections to be served concurrently with 45 days suspended on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year, and that she performs 40 hours of community service.
Brandon Bisson, 39, 45 Argonne St., Berlin, was charged with two counts of domestic violence, which were nolle prossed.
Pamela Beaulieu, 40, 29 Arlington St., Berlin, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 and complete the Impaired Driver Care Management Program. Beaulieu also lost her license to operate a vehicle for nine months with the opportunity to apply for early reinstatement after three months.
Adam Correau, 36, 14 Cummings Drive, Litchfield, was found guilty of operating his ATV in the Success parking lot in such a manner as to endanger a person or property and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124.
Samantha L. Newell, 17, 129 Jefferson Road, Whitefield, was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year, and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.
Thomas Threlfall, 27, 347 Mandell Road, Rochester, was found guilty of violating a City of Berlin ordinance prohibiting motor vehicle offenses and ordered to pay a fine of $100.
Joseph Ramalho, 20, 65 Old Meadow Road, Dracut Mass., was found guilty of unlawful possession of marijuana and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434.
Christian Mulligan, 15, 183 Grafton St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating an OHRV on Frog Pond Road without a driver’s license or safety training, operating an OHRV on a public way, and operating an unregistered OHRV. Mulligan was ordered to pay fines and penalties totaling $322.40.
Kenneth R. Poulin, 52, 1625 Main St., Berlin, was charged with operating an OHRV on the Gorham Rail Trail without a spark arrestor which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year to include no further OHRV violations. Poulin also was found guilty of operating his OHRV on Hutchins Street in Berlin at an unreasonable speed and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124.
Christopher Bailey, 21, PO Box 25, Berlin, was found guilty of driving a vehicle after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to serve 31 hours of community service within 60 days of his court date in lieu of a fine and penalty of $310.
Paige Damore-Buber, 20, 107 Lancaster Road, Gorham, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program (combo course) within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.
Richard T. Moore, 52, 18 Ottawa St., Berlin, was found guilty of disorderly conduct on Main Street in Gorham and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124. Two charges of criminal trespass and a charge of speeding were nolle prossed.
Matthew Young, 42, 620 East Side River Road, Milan, was found guilty of reckless operation for driving at a speed that was unreasonable and imprudent and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $930 with $310 suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. Young also lost his license to operate a motor vehicle for 60 days with an additional 30 days added for cause. A charge of driving while intoxicated was nolle prossed.
Marissa Stevens, 36, 36 Letarte Road, Milan, was charged with willful concealment of merchandise belonging to Wal-Mart which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she attends counseling twice per month with the Northern Human Services and shows proof of attendance with the Gorham Police Department quarterly. A charge of unlawful possession of marijuana was nolle prossed.
Amy Levesque, 34, 1882 Stark Highway, Stark, was charged with operating a vehicle after being certified an habitual offender and receiving stolen property which were both nolle prossed.
Todd L. Meehan, 50, 307 High St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, Lorazepam, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434.
