In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Tuesday, November 1, the following cases were heard:
Jason Farren, 39, 43 Horne St., Berlin, was found guilty of theft of services for failing to pay for storage space rented from Perras Self Storage and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he pay restitution to the victim in the amount of $605 payable through the Department of Corrections, and that he return two locks to the Gorham Police Department. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking was placed on file without a finding on the condition Farren maintains good behavior for one year, and the locks are returned.
Brandon M. Bisson, 40, 45 Argonne St., Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that there are no further incidents of a verbal or physical nature between Bisson and Shawn Douglas.
David Mulinski, 43, 232 Wright St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of marijuana and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434, which is to be paid by completing 43.4 hours of community service.
Colin Brown, 14, 192 Willard St., Berlin, was found guilty of being a minor in possession of tobacco and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124, which is to be paid by completing 12.4 hours of community service.
Patience Innie, 37, 31 Williams St., Berlin, was found guilty of violating a City of Berlin ordinance prohibiting disorderly conduct and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $25.
Joseph Heafy, 29, 11 Campbell St., Methuen, Mass., was found guilty of unlawful possession of marijuana and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434.
Jacob Caron, 17, 653 Cheshire St., Berlin, was found guilty of being a minor in possession of tobacco and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124.
Ronald Sweet, 54, 6 Corrigan St., Gorham, was found guilty of unlawful possession of marijuana and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434.
Harold Hannigan, 66, 604 Burgess St., Berlin, was found guilty of violating a City of Berlin ordinance prohibiting drinking in public, fourth offense, and ordered to pay a fine of $100. A charge of criminal trespass was nolle prossed.
Danny Giroux, 46, 53 Ridge Road, Milan, was found guilty of unlawful possession of marijuana and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. A charge of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle was nolle prossed.
Kerry Donato, 57, 622 First Ave., Berlin, was charged with simple assault and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 and ordered to serve 30 days in the Coos County House of Corrections, both orders were suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. Two charges of sexual assault were nolle prossed.
