First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on November 30

In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Wednesday, November 30, the following cases were heard:
Shannon Orr, 34, 14 Serenity Circle, Berlin, was charged with two counts of contempt of court which were nolle prossed.
Daniel Donato, 27, 222 Milan Road, Berlin, was charged with criminal threatening which was nolle prossed.
Ryan Mallow, 26, 128 Emerson Drive, Jericho, Vt., was found not guilty of driving an OHRV on Main Street in Gorham while intoxicated.
Lisa L. Coulombe, 30, 377 Champlain St., Berlin, was charged with five counts of credit card fraud for using stolen Walmart gift cards at Walmart which were placed on file without a finding on the condition she pays restitution to the victims totaling $210 and that she maintains good behavior for one year. An additional charge of credit card fraud and four charges of receiving stolen property, all Walmart gift cards, were placed on file without a finding on the condition Coulombe maintains good behavior for one year.
Eric Hogan, 20, 577 Cheshire St., Berlin, was found guilty of criminal mischief for purposely damaging the entry door of an apartment at 717 Second Avenue and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 which was suspended on the condition Hogan pay restitution to the victim in the amount of $100, that he participate in mental health counseling and provide written proof of participation to the prosecutor and the court on a quarterly basis, and that he maintains good behavior for one year. Hogan also was found guilty of domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $670, with $620 suspended, and to serve 30 days in the Coos County House of Corrections, which also was suspended. The condition of the suspensions is that Hogan maintains good behavior for one year. A charge of criminal trespass and two additional charges of domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact were nolle prossed.
Britteny Marquis 21, 179 Finland St., Berlin, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620, and must complete the Impaired Driver Care Management Program. Marquis lost her license to operate a motor vehicle for nine months with the opportunity to petition the court for early reinstatement after three months.
Hans Laggis, 19, PO Box 69, Hardwick, Vt., was found guilty of recklessly driving on Jericho Lake Road in Berlin, and was ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $992. Laggis lost his license to operate a motor vehicle in New Hampshire for 90 days. Four charges of driving while intoxicated were nolle prossed.
James Arcuni, 39, 717 Second Avenue, Berlin, was found guilty of disorderly conduct for yelling and swearing in public and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 with $310 suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. A charge of unlawful possession of marijuana was placed on file without a finding on the condition Arcuni maintains good behavior for one year.
