First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on December 6

In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Tuesday, December 6, the following cases were heard:
Richard Green, 48, 245 Northside Road, Stark, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620, and complete the Impaired Driver Care Management Program. Green lost his license to operate a motor vehicle for 12 months with the opportunity to petition the court for early reinstatement after six months. A charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated was nolle prossed.
Nicholas Rasys, 28, 133 Strafford St., Berlin, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310. A charge of driving with a suspended license was nolle prossed.
Brandon Roy, 22, 5 Pisani St., Gorham, was found guilty on three charges of criminal mischief for damaging private property and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 which was suspended on the condition he participates in mental health counseling and provide written proof to the prosecutor within 60 days of his conviction. Roy also must maintain good behavior for one year. A charge of false imprisonment for holding a person against her will was nolle prossed.
Jerry Consiglio, 25, 106 Main St., Gorham, was found guilty of criminal trespass on private property and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310.
Savannah Eastman, 17, 4 Lazy Pines Drive, Loudon, was charged with being under the age of 21 in possession of alcohol which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she completes the 3rd Millennium Program for alcohol and file proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department within 45 days of her court date. Eastman also must maintain good behavior for one year.
Jason Garneau, 18, 174 Blanchard St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of marijuana and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. A charge of unlawful transportation of drugs was nolle prosed.
Samantha Braley, 18, 1886 Riverside Drive, Berlin, was found guilty of traveling at 44 miles-per-hour in a 30-mile-per-hour zone and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $93 which was suspended on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year. Braley also was found guilty of unlawful transportation of marijuana and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434, payable by 43.4 hours of community service. Braley lost her license to operate a motor vehicle for 60 days.
Kim Talbot, 42, PO Box 34, Glen, was found guilty of driving after her license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620.
Brandon Field, 43, 16 Park St., Lancaster, was found guilty of deceptive forestry business practices for failing to pay for timber harvested on private property per a contractual agreement and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $372 which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. Field also was found guilty of submitting a false timber harvest report and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year.
Ginger Gagne, 52, 191 Pans Road, Stark, was found guilty of operating an OHRV on private property without permission to do so and was ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $74.40
John Boisvert, 55, 10 Western Ave., Gorham, was charged on two counts of criminal threatening which were placed on file without a finding on the condition enrolls in Alcoholics Anonymous, attend one meeting per month and file proof of attendance with the Gorham Police Department. Boisvert also must maintain good behavior for one year.
Quentin Elwood, 59, 65 High Range Road, Londonderry, was charged with criminal mischief, reckless operation, and crossing the solid yellow line which were all nolle prossed.
 
These cases were heard Nov. 30:
Jennifer Theriault, 44, 130 Spruce St., Berlin, was found guilty of disorderly conduct for creating a hazardous condition for another person and was ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $250, and to maintain good behavior for one year. Two charges of unlawful possession of drugs, hashish and marijuana, and one charge of domestic violence-simple assault- physical contact were placed oan file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year.
Miles Byrne, 18, 113 West Milan Road, Berlin, was found guilty of driving after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620. A charge of using a mobile electronic devise while driving was nolle prossed.
Scott M. Hynes, 47, 231 Norway St., Berlin, was found guilty of using a mobile electronic devise while driving and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124.
Nathan Accardi, 23, 75 Bemis St., Berlin, was found guilty of driving after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620. And he lost his license to operate a motor vehicle for 60 days. An additional charge of driving after his license was suspended was nolle prossed.
