1st Circuit Court – District Division Berlin – February 8, 2017


In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Wednesday, February 8, the following cases were heard:
Cassandra Lacasse, 19, 382 Church St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful transportation of alcohol by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310. Lacasse also was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $62. Charges of unlawful transport of drugs in a motor vehicle and contempt of court were nolle prossed. A charge of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, was placed on file without a finding on the condition Lacasse maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium program within 45 days of her court date and file proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.
Michael Lefebvre, 50, 215 Glen Ave., Berlin, was charged with conspiracy to commit theft of a motor vehicle which was nolle prossed. A charge of unsworn falsification for providing a false written statement regarding the conspiracy to commit theft was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year.
Jacob Marshall, 24, 576 Burgess St., Berlin, was charged with two counts of domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact which were placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and he participates in parenting/relationship counseling with quarterly written reviews provided by the court.
Robert Mckenzie, 34, 583 Champlain St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. Mckenzie also was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $62. A charge of unlawful transport of drugs in a motor vehicle was nolle prossed.
Derek Lefebvre, 25, Coos County House of Corrections, West Stewartstown, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking which was nolle prossed.
Kaitlyn Adam, 18, 25 Plain Road, Stark, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. Adam also was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor which was placed on file without a finding on the condition Adam maintains good behavior for one year and completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and file proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department. A charge of contempt of court was nolle prossed.
Paul Morrison, 58, 29 Wight St., Berlin, was charged with stalking which was dismissed.
