Coos County grand jury returns 26 indictments

LANCASTER –Meeting Friday, Feb. 17, the Coos County Superior Court grand jury returned 26 indictments against 11 individuals.
David Delafontaine, 25, of 178 Maynesboro St., Berlin was indicted on three counts of sale of a controlled drug( marijuana) having previously been convicted of a drug offense.
Nichole Elsea, 20, of Berlin was indicted on a count of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl) and falsifying physical evidence.
Katelynn A. Fetko, 26, of 17 Tony’s Mobile Home Park, Littleton was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled drug (buprenorphine) to a prisoner, one count of conspiracy to delivery articles to prisoners, and one count of possession of a controlled drug.
Matthew Fetko, 29, of the Northern Correctional Facility, Berlin was indicted on a charge of conspiracy to delivery articles to prisoners.
Scott K. Ford, 51, of 66 Lovering St., Manchester was indicted on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated. He is alleged to have driven an OHRV under the influence resulting in serious bodily injury to himself and another.
David Harmon, 53, of 508 Hillside Ave., Berlin was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled drug (clonazepam) and (tramadol), two counts of domestic violence - assault with a weapon, two counts of domestic violence - criminal threatening, one count of reckless conduct - domestic violence, and one count of domestic violence - false imprisonment.
Brandon M. Haugh, 39, of 43 Farmland Rd., Lowell, Mass., was indicted on a count of operating an OHRV under the influence of alcohol, resulting in a collision in which he was injured.
James Poisson, 71, of 119 Maynesboro St., Berlin was indicted on two counts of felonious sexual assault.
Dana Ragonese, 29, of 95 Hillside Avenue, Berlin was indicted on a count of conspiracy to sale a controlled drug (marijuana).
Christopher A. Ross, 23, of the Northern NH Correctional Facility, was charged with assault by a prisoner.
Nina A. Villnave, 37, of 446 School St., Berlin was indicted on three counts of theft by unauthorized taking.
