In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Tuesday, March 7, the following cases were heard:
Casey Labonville, 22, 762 Hutchins St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $434.
Rhonda Deltufo, 55, 799 Second Ave., Berlin, was found guilty of willful concealment for removing property from Walmart valued at $39.59 without paying for it and was ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment $434.
Scott M. Hynes, 48, 231 Norway St., Berlin, was found guilty of violating the hands free law for using an electronic device while driving on Mason Street and ordered to pay a fine of $124.
Cameron L. Patry, 20, 29 Tenth St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful transportation of alcohol in a vehicle by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $372.
Allen Shea, 68, 103 Sweden St., Berlin, was found guilty of negligent driving and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620. Charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to use a turn signal were nolle prossed.
Roland P. Huot, 53, 141 Bridge St., Berlin, was found guilty of driving with an open container of alcohol in his vehicle and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $372. A charge of driving an uninspected vehicle was nolle prossed.
Karina Martinez, 20, 28 Spruce St., Gorham, was found guilty of unlawful transportation of alcohol in a vehicle by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $372.
James Arcuni, 39, 717 Second Ave., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $434.
Bridget Grafton, 49, 302 Main St., Gorham, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after her license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $310. A charge of driving with a suspended vehicle registration was nolle prossed.
Henrie Ouellette, 48, 56 Verdun St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $310. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended vehicle registration and operating an uninspected vehicle were nolle prossed.
Abigail Stockbridge, 34, 9 Dublin St., Gorham, was charged with failing to register her dog with the town of Gorham which was nolle prossed.
