Massachusetts man indicted for negligent homicide

LANCASTER - A Massachusett man was indicted on charges of negligent homicide and DUI for a 2016 St. Patrick’s Day accident that killed a passenger in his pick-up truck.
Michael Shaheen, 50, of 55 Ledgevill Ave., Foxboro, Mass., was charged with driving his truck on Route 16 in Errol while under the influence of alcohol and/or cocaine.
Police believe Shaheen was driving north in the Thirteen Miles Woods area when his truck went off the road, striking several trees before coming to rest on the passenger side of the vehicle. Stephen Bagley, 48.of Roslindale, Mass., was pronounced dead at the scene. Shaheen was seriously injured in the accident.
Shaheen was indicted by a Coos grand jury last Friday, exactly one year after the accident.
Also indicted were:
Tina Barratt, 28, and David Hann, 33, both of Northern View Apartments, West Stewartstown were each indicted on three counts of receiving stolen property.
Lawrence K. Byrne, 52, of 179 Bourdeau Rd., Stratford, was indicted on three counts of criminal threatening, three counts of reckless conduct, reckless conduct: domestic violence, and domestic violence:criminal threatening.
Brandon Delafontaine, 22, of 653 Second Ave., Berlin was indicted on two counts of a sale of a controlled drug (marijuana).
Lawrence “Tony” Doherty, 83, of 11 Bearce St., Groveton was indicted on charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and indecent exposure and lewdness
Daniel Donato, 27, of 650 Blais St., Berlin was indicted on a charge of criminal threatening.
David Harmon, 53, of 508 Hillside Ave., Berlin was indicted on a count of failure to change registration information.
Hannah Lamarche, 31, of 575 Rockingham St., Berlin was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled drug (dibutylone and alprazolam.
