In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on May 10, the following cases were heard:
Robert Judson, 31, 717 Lancaster St., Berlin was charged with criminal mischief which was nolle prossed.
Shontay Oliveira, 25, 250 Madison Ave., Berlin, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year.
Paulette Walker, 45, 396 Forbush Ave., Berlin, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking for removing $310 cash from her roommate’s property which was dismissed due to the failure of the alleged victim to appear in court.
Zachary P. Farrar, 21, 13 Fred Circle, Gorham, was charged with five counts of issuing bad checks totaling $141.33 for goods obtained at the Milan Luncheonette. All five charges were placed on file without a finding on the condition Farrar pay restitution to the Luncheonette in the amount of $141.33, which he did prior to his court date, and that he maintains good behavior for one year.
Charlene A. Merrill, 49, 13 Golden Oaks Road, Albany, was found guilty of operating her vehicle at 63 miles-per-hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone on Hutchins Street in Berlin and was ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $275.38 with $123.48 suspended on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year. A charge of reckless operation was nolle prossed.
Duc Vo, 31, 69 Center St., Quincy, Mass., was found guilty of speeding on Route 2 in Randolph and was ordered to pay a fine of $1000. A charge of unlawful possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) was nol prossed.
