1st Circuit Court – District Division Berlin – Tuesday, June 6, 2017


In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Tuesday, June 6, the following cases were heard:
Dominic Haines, 22, 1786 Intervale Road, Bethel, Maine, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124 which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. Haines was found guilty of operating an unregistered vehicle and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124. Haines also was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. A charge of unlawful transportation of a controlled drug was nolle prossed.
Elizabeth Allino, 20, 185 Main St., Gorham, was found guilty of willful concealment for causing the cash register at Walmart to reflect a charge less than the merchant’s stated price and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310.
Tristan Rolfe, 18, 32 Ramsay St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. A charge of unlawful transportation of a controlled drug was nolle prossed.
Hannah Lamarche, 31, 55 Pennacook St., Manchester, was found guilty of criminal trespass for knowingly remaining on the property of Walmart in Gorham after being served a trespass order on January 18, 2017, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310. Lamarche also was found guilty of willful concealment for taking merchandise from Walmart and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310 which was suspended on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year.
Brian C. Lessard, 38, 9 Margies Way, Epsom, was found guilty of criminal trespass for remaining on private property in Berlin after being asked to leave and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124.
