1st Circuit Court – District Division Berlin – July 11, 2017

Mark E. Toronto, 22, 34 Elm St., Derry, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. A charge of unlawful transporting of drugs in a motor vehicle was nolle prossed.

Erika Fletcher, 32, 517 Hillsboro St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434.

Logan Tassey, 20, 11 Washington St., Gorham, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620, and complete the impaired driver care management program. Tassey also lost his license to operate a motor vehicle for 12 months.

Eric F. Roy, 31, 12 Lary St., Gorham, was found guilty of criminal threatening and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 with $310 suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year.

Christopher Hammond, 21, 421 Main St., Berlin, was found guilty of displaying a fraudulent unofficial inspection sticker on his vehicle and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $62. A charge of contempt of court was nolle prossed.

Robert Judson, 31, 717 Lancaster St., Berlin, was found guilty of two motor vehicle offenses — crossing a solid yellow line and failing to dim his lights while driving on Route 16 in Gorham — and ordered to pay fines and penalties totaling $186. A charge of displaying a fraudulent unofficial inspection sticker on his vehicle was nolle prossed.

Suzanna Pratt, 20, 240 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, was found guilty of being a minor in possession of alcohol and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $744.

Clayton Doyle, 57, 264 Pleasant St., Berlin, was found guilty of violating a City of Berlin ordinance prohibiting the drinking of alcohol in public and ordered to pay a fine of $50.
