In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Wednesday, July 19, the following cases were heard:

Angel L. Sandoval III, 18, 69 Crestwood Drive, Gorham, was found guilty of unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $1,240 payable by incarceration for nine days, suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years. He also must serve two years on probation. Sandoval was found guilty of contempt of court for violating the terms of his bail and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $372 payable by incarceration for three days, which was satisfied by time served.

Sandoval was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 payable by incarceration for five days, which was satisfied by time served. He must complete the impaired driver care management program and forfeit his license to operate a motor vehicle for 12 months after which time he can only operate a vehicle with an alcohol ignition interlock device installed for the next 12 months. Sandoval was also found guilty of an additional charge of unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $372 payable by incarceration for three days, which was satisfied by time served. Sandoval was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310 payable by incarceration for three days, which was satisfied by time served.

Sandoval also was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434, payable by incarceration for three days, which was satisfied with time served. Three additional charges of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, three additional charges of contempt of court, three charges of unlawful transporting of a controlled drug, three charges of unlawful transporting of alcohol by a minor, three additional charges of unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor, failing to obey a traffic signal, and operating an unregistered vehicle were all nolle prossed.

Adam Goodrich, 37, 331 Pleasant St., Berlin, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620, complete the impaired driver care management program and forfeit his license to operate a motor vehicle for 12 months with the opportunity to petition the court for early reinstatement after six months. A charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated was nolle prossed.

Gary Remillard, 57, 258 Wight St., Berlin, was found guilty of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 and forfeit his license to operate a motor vehicle for 60 days. A charge of driving while intoxicated was nolle prossed.

Stephanie Harriman, 30, 558 Hillsboro St., Berlin, was found guilty of theft of services for nonpayment for electrical services and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310 which was suspended on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she make payment of $34.77 for services within 60 days of her court date and file proof of payment with the Berlin Police Department.

Lauren Cerella, 32, 616 Third Ave., Berlin, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620, complete the impaired driver care management program and forfeit her license to operate a motor vehicle for 12 months with the opportunity to petition the court for early reinstatement after six months. An additional charge of driving while intoxicated was nolle prossed.

Kyle Farrar, 33, 232 Wight St., Berlin, was found guilty of theft of services for nonpayment for electrical services provided and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310 which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he make payment of $34.77 for services within 60 days of his court date and file proof of payment with the Berlin Police Department.

Kyle Aikens, 23, 38 Court St., Bath, Maine, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620, complete the Impaired Driver Care Management Program, and forfeit his license to operate a motor vehicle for 24 months with the opportunity to petition the court for early reinstatement after 18 months. Two additional charges of driving while intoxicated, a charge of unlawfully transporting an open container of alcohol, and operating a motor vehicle after sunset and failing to have the headlights turned on were all nolle prossed.

Tyler Reiner, 19, 132 Maple St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $372.

Amber Velez, 23, 23 Countryside Ave., Berlin, was charged with criminal mischief for aiding another in a crime of criminal mischief where the garage doors were spray painted at a home on Hillside Avenue. The charge was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year.

Kevin Eafrati, 29, 547 Sunset St., Berlin, was charged with criminal mischief for damaging the rear hatch of a motor vehicle belonging to another. The charge was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he pay restitution to the victim in the amount of $719.63.

Travis Melton, 43, 136 School St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124. A second charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license was nolle prossed.

Amber Bissonnette, 21, 372 Madison Ave., Berlin, was charged with unlawful transporting of a controlled drug, marijuana, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year, and that she complete the 3rd Millennium Program for marijuana within 45 days of her court date and file proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department. A traffic violation for speeding was nolle prossed.

Andrew Walker, 24, 412 Goebel St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. An addition charge of unlawful possession of a controlled drug and a charge of unlawful possession of a weapon (brass knuckles) were nolle prossed.

Kevin Diroma, 39, 163 Oak St. Berlin, was found guilty of willful concealment of a Monster energy drink in the Family Dollar store and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124, and pay restitution to the Family Dollar store in the amount of $2.50 and file proof of payment with the Berlin Police Department.

Katlyn Waninger, 30, 51 Glen Ave., Gorham, was found guilty of domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact and ordered to pay a fine of $50 and to serve 231 days in the Grafton County House of Corrections with credit for time served of 231 days. Waninger also was found guilty of resisting arrest and ordered to serve 12 months in the House of Corrections with credit for time served and the balance suspended on the condition she maintains good behavior for two years. Waninger also was placed on probation for two years. Two charges of simple assault, an additional charge of resisting arrest, a charge of disorderly conduct, and a charge of criminal trespass were all nolle prossed.

Daniel Mallett, 53, 653 Meadow Road, Jefferson, was found guilty of willful concealment of a can of beer and a Frapochino in the Circle K and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 with $310 suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and pay restitution to the Circle K in the amount of $4.00 and file proof of payment with the Berlin Police Department. Mallett also is barred from entering the Circle K in Berlin for one year.
