Grand jury returns 31 indictments

LANCASTER — A Coos County grand jury returned 31 indictments against 16 individuals meeting on July 21.

April Baillargeon, 41, of 61 Pleasant St., Colebrook, was indicted on a charge of financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled or impaired adult, obtaining control of an amount exceeding $1,500.

Chad Blais, 44, of 44 Burgess St., Berlin, was indicted on two counts of willful concealment, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, and one count of receiving stolen property (having previously been convicted of two counts of theft of property). He was also indicted on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after certification as a habitual offender.

David M. Coulombe, 22, of Coos County House of Correction, West Stewartstown, was indicted on one count of assault by a prisoner: simple assault and one count of assault by a prisoner: aggravated harassment. He is alleged to have spit in the face of a correctional officer while incarcerated.

Ryan P. England, 32, of 17 Hilltop Rd., Lisbon, was indicted on a count of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl).

Amanda Heald, 23, of 866 Washington St., Stewartstown, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy alleging she assisted a convicted felon in obtaining a handgun.

George Heald II, 33, of 866 Washington St., Stewartstown, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy to violate the armed career criminal statute and two counts of possessing firearms in violation of the armed career statute. The indictments allege Heald has previously been convicted of 12 felony offenses, and as a felon, cannot possess a firearm.

Jonathan R. King, 28, of 4 Wilson St., Berlin, was indicted on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after certification as a habitual offender.

Paul Labbe, 59, of 184 Jericho Rd., Berlin, was indicted on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after certification as a habitual offender.

Steve N. Laflamme, 50, of 35 Copperville Rd., Milan, was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking and one count of receiving stolen property.

Brian Libby, 60, of 2012 Upton Rd, Errol, was indicted on two counts of theft by deception.

Michael McKinney, 20, of 231 Norway St., Berlin, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute.

Nathan Mills, 27, of 14 Bailey Rd., Colebrook, was indicted on one count of negligent homicide-DWI and one count of negligent homicide. He is alleged to have operated his SUV while under the influence of alcohol in excess of the posted speed limit. A passenger in the vehicle, Jonathan Flanders, was killed when the vehicle struck a tree.

Benjamin Palmer, 19 of 3247 Ethan Allen Highway, St Albans, Vt., was indicted on a two counts of possession of a controlled drug (marijuana and hashish) with intent to distribute.

Taneesha Regalado, 21, of 16 Dupont Rd., Jefferson, was indicted on a charge of criminal mischief.

Brian K. Sobanek, 57, of 14 Park Ave., Claremont, was indicted on a charge of burglary.

Cory A. Whitney, 30, of 12 Bridge St., North Stratford, was indicted on possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl).
