1st Circuit Court – District Division Berlin – Tuesday, July 25, 2017


In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Tuesday, July 25, the following cases were heard:

Brandie Guerin, 23, 486 Champlain St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434.

Richard Perry, 29, 584 Goebel St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434.

Joshua Judson, 30, 382 Burgess St., Berlin, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, second offense, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $930 and forfeit his license to operate a motor vehicle for 36 months after which time he can only operate a vehicle with an alcohol ignition interlock device installed for the next 12 months. Judson also was sentenced to serve 17 days in the Coos County House of Corrections with 12 days suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and he completes the impaired driver care management program.

Charges of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended, and operating a vehicle after his registration was suspended were nolle prossed.

Victoria Valliere, 18, 17 Viking St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. Valliere also was found guilty of being a minor in the possession of alcohol and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $372.

Tess D. McClenahan, 22, 16 Rusty Drive, Embden, Maine, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle at 65 miles-per-hour in a 55 mile-per-hour zone on Route 2 in Shelburne and ordered to pay a fine of $44.64.

William Burke, 27, 210 Emery St., Berlin, was charged with contempt of court, unlawful possession of a controlled drug — ecstacy or derivative, and criminal trespass, which were all nolle prossed.

Chad Collins, 20, 15 Cedar St., Hudson, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. Charges of unlawful transport of a controlled drug, and operating an unregistered vehicle were nolle prossed.

Steven Dalphonse, 19, 483 Burgess St., Berlin, was found guilty of being a minor in possession of alcohol and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $744.

Tristen Rolfe, 18, 32 Ramsay St., Berlin, was found guilty of being a minor in the possession of alcohol and was ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $372.

Issiah Millis, 19, 631 Hunkins Pond Road, Sanbornton, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of his court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Connor Brown, 16, 191 Howard St., Berlin, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of his court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Cathleen Daniels, 19, 1047 East Side River Road, Milan, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Courtney Dumont, 18, 456 Madison Ave., Berlin, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Hunter Fauteux, 17, 161 Hillside Ave., Berlin, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of his court date and file proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Riley A. Fitzmorris, 17, 8 Normand Ave., Gorham, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Brandon Gleason, 18, 51 State St., Milan, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of his court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Megan Guitard, 18, 334 East Side River Road, Milan, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Travis Houle, 20, 65 Norway St., Berlin, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of his court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Jennifer Landers, 18, 139 Norway St., Berlin, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Robyn Parker, 18, 279 Hill Road, Milan, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Zachary Roberge, 18, 132 Pershing Ave., Berlin, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of his court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Jacey Turmel, 16, 120 Pershing Ave., Berlin, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of her court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Brenden S. Williams, 19, 381 Muzzy Hill Road, Milan, was charged with being a minor in the possession of alcohol, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he completes the 3rd Millennium Program within 45 days of his court date and files proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.
