1st Circuit Court – District Division Berlin – Tuesday, October 3, 2017


In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Tuesday, October 3, the following cases were heard:
Danny Stanichuk, 57, P.O. Box 3, Fairfield, Maine, was found guilty of domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $670. Stanichuk also was sentenced to serve 90 days in the Coos County House of Corrections which was all suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year and that he participate in Anger Management Counseling and file proof of participation with the court on a quarterly basis.
Shaun Williams, 37, 350 N.W. 8th St., Williston, Fla., was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620, complete the Impaired Driver Education Program and surrender his license to operate a motor vehicle for nine months with the opportunity to petition the court for early reinstatement after three months.
Samuel Hennager, 25, 500 Main St., Gorham, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking for taking $300 out of the Bank account of the victim without permission which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year.
John P. Langlois, 46, 21 Goffstown Back Road, Goffstown, was found guilty of speeding for driving at a speed of 70 miles per hour in a 55 mile-per-hour zone on Route 2 in Randolph and ordered to pay a fine of $93.
Scott J. Towle, 32, 594 Cheshire St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating an uninspected vehicle on Mason St. in Berlin and ordered to pay a fine of $74.40.
Alexandra Pinette, 42, 275 Grafton St., Berlin, was found guilty of simple assault-mutual combat and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124.
Ashley Gregory, 22, 272 Church St., Berlin, was found guilty of simple assault-mutual combat and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124.
