1st Circuit Court – District Division Berlin – Oct. 25, 2017

In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Wednesday, Oct. 25, the following cases were heard:

Paige Demers, 24, 1936 Riverside Drive, Berlin, was charged with domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact, which was dismissed.

Michael K. Harrington, 29, 361 Coos St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310.

Derek S. Wesson, 33, 369 Sweden St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310.

Natasha Lamoureux, 25, 70 Pershing Ave., Berlin, was found guilty of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 and to surrender her license to operate a motor vehicle for 90 days. A charge of driving while intoxicated was nolle prossed.

Louise Plourde, 59, 421 Main St., Berlin, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year.

Nathan M. Lunsmann, 18, 109 York St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310.

Samantha Labbe, 27, 533 Goebel St., Berlin, was found guilty of violating a City of Berlin ordinance that prohibits disorderly actions and ordered to pay a fine of $100. Labbe also was charged with violating a city of Berlin ordinance that prohibits drinking in public, which was nolle prossed.

Kyle Morin, 19, 110 Willard St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful transport of alcohol by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $310.

Katie Fysh, 31, 441 Brown Road, Groveton, was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief which were both placed on file without a finding on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year and that she pay $10 restitution to the Berlin Police Department within 48 hours of her court date.

Kenneth Lavoie, 49, 19 Second St., Gorham, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $434. A second charge of unlawful possession of a controlled drug was nolle prossed.

Travis Melton, 43, 25 Success St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled drug, marijuana and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $124.

Monique Lindsay Barron, 30, 564 Lincoln Ave., Berlin, was found guilty of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and ordered to pay a fine and penalty of $620 with $310 suspended on the condition she maintains good behavior for one year. Barron also was ordered to surrender her license to operate a motor vehicle for 60 days. A charge of driving while intoxicated was nolle prossed.
