Coos County grand jury returns 30 indictments

 LANCASTER — The Coos Superior grand jury returned 30 indictments against eight people when it met on Nov. 17.

Holly L. Bader, 63, of 640 Bedford St., New Boston was indicted on two counts of financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled or impaired adult and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking. The alleged victim is a Randolph resident.

Joseph Cavallero, 38, of 395 Bell Hill Rd., Groveton, was indicted on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.

Savana Cote, 33, of 130 Mt. Forist, Berlin was indicted one count of burglary, one count of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), one count of theft by unauthorized taking, one count of receiving stolen property, one count of conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking, and one count of conspiracy to commit burglary.

Louis Coulombe, 35, of 401 Willard St., Berlin was indicted on a count of criminal mischief.

Gregg Letarte, 38, was indicted on a one count of burglary, one count of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), one count of theft by unauthorized taking, one count of receiving stolen property, one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, and one count of conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking.

Stephen Rich, 47, of 39 Middle St., Lancaster, was indicted on one count of burglary, one count of theft by unauthorized taking, one count of receiving stolen property, one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, and one count of conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking.

Branden Sharp, 21, of 114 Madigan St., Berlin was indicted on one count of failing to report change of registration information to Berlin police as required as a sex offender and one count of failure to report.

Krystal White, 26, of 13 Railroad St., Lancaster was indicted on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.
