Vote in new leadership for Berlin

To the editor:
One of the definitions of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Like constantly voting in the same candidates every election while our city deteriorates around us. Instead of Berlin improving in the 11 years I have lived here since moving back, it’s crumbling around us. The roads leading into Berlin are all freshly paved and look really nice, but when entering the city it still looks like Dresden after the bombing. Second highest taxes in the state and for this? Maybe having a nice (open) movie theater will improve things, but it will take more than that. It’s time for some new leadership in Berlin. We can’t do much better than a local business owner who cares for the city. Berlin needs to get out and vote Nov. 7, and while your doing that, vote Richard Mattos, for the good of Berlin and our future.
