To the editor: I was reading Berlin Daily Sun add paid for by Shaheen for Senate. It says Shaheen knows how to mind the public purse strings. If she knows how to do that, then why did she allow the state to spend $50 million more then they have. The 500 million new business from trade sure did not land in Berlin.
