Josh Fortier, 13, of Berlin participated in a pro-hockey development program, a program is for elite players who are highly motivated, in Tyngsboro, Mass., this summer. The program requires full commitment. It's a progressive program that focuses on personal skill development and hockey instincts. Mounties tackle Gunstock two weeks before states

The Berlin High School ski teams found themselves in the lower part of the pack in a eight team ski meet at Gunstock Mountain. The boys took sixth place in both the morning and afternoon, while the girls were fifth in the morning and sixth in the afternoon.
